Creating Performo User Accounts

Note: This help content applies to Performo Pro version v11.4.00 or later, or customer solutions that have been retrofitted with Wizard Software’s most current user management technology. Contact Wizard Support if you are unsure whether this content applies to your version of Performo.


You create System User accounts for the people who need to log in and participate in facility maintenance activities: Performo Pro Users, Workers, Requesters .

  • Performo Pro Users

    • Performo Pro users log in to track and manage facility maintenance processes.
    • Depending on their specified Roles and privileges, Performo Pro users may access any or all Performo modules.
    • Role privileges include individualized access to work orders, assets, preventative maintenance schedules, parts and inventory, vendors, staff, system settings, and user management.
  • Workers

    • Workers log in to the Performo Worker System to see work orders assigned to them or their maintenance teams.
    • Workers inspect, repair, and maintain the facility.
  • Requesters

    • Requesters log in to the Performo Requester System
    • Requesters can enter a work order request and check on the status of previous requests.

Create a Performo Pro Account

  1. On the Performo Home Screen, Click the System Menu button at the bottom of the Main Menu to view the list of System Modules.

    Note: You can only access this button if you have Manage Settings privileges in Role Setup.

  2. Click the System Users button to go to the System Users List Screen. PMO System Users

  3. Click the + Pro User button to go to the New User detail screen. PMO Add Pro User

  • All the fields on Account Information section are required. PMO New Pro User Fields
  1. First and Last Name - A unique first and last name combination is required.

  2. Email Address - A unique email address is required.

  3. Role - Choose a Performo Pro access Role from the menu. PMO Role Menu

    Note: Only Roles with Performo Pro access will appear on this menu. This is a Role that includes the “FM Access” CanDo.

  4. Choose Entities they can access by checking the appropriate the checkbox(es). PMO Choose Entities

  5. Click the Proceed button to create their Performo Pro account. Proceed Button A dialog will appear confirming the account creation or displaying any resulting error. PMO Pro Account Created

    A notification is automatically sent to the user via email.


Create a Worker Account

  1. On the Performo Home Screen, Click the Workers module from the Main Menu. PMO Worker Menu

  2. Click on an existing Worker form the Worker List screen, or click the + Worker button to create a new Worker. PMO Add Worker

  3. On the Worker Detail Screen, click on the Worker Account tab. PMO Worker Account Tab

  4. Role - Choose a Role from the menu that contains Performo access

    Note: A Worker Role is a one that includes the “Web Worker Interface” CanDo.

  5. Click the Create Account button.
    A dialog will appear confirming the account creation or displaying any resulting error. PMO Worker Account Created

    A notification is automatically sent to the user via email.


  6. After the account is created, you can edit the Worker Entities and Worker Privileges. PMO Worker Privileges


Create a Requester Account

  1. On the Performo Home Screen, Click the Staff module from the Main Menu. PMO Staff Menu

  2. Click on an existing Staff member on the Staff List screen, or click the + Staff button to enter a new person. PMO Add Staff

  3. If empty, enter a First Name, Last Name and unique Email Address for the Staff member. PMO Staff Fields

  4. Click the Create button.

    A notification is automatically sent to the user via email.
