URL & Login Screen Appearance

  • The URL of the log in web site will be provided to you via email message.
  • Note that the appearance of the login screen varies depending on the type of authentication your company is using. See Log In Credentials below.

Login Credentials

There are two different methods of authenticating into the Worker interface:

  • Single Sign On (SSO) - With SSO, you will be logging in with the login credentials you currently use to log into your company resources, such as your work computer and email.
  • A Performo-specific account - With this option, the email you receive will contain your username and a temporary passord.

Note on Performo-specific accounts: After you log in successfully for the first time with the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password that you will use from that point forward.
