Welcome to Citrix Workspace Screen
Symptoms
When opening the Citrix Workspace App, you see a screen saying "Welcome to Citrix Workspace" asking for a URL or email address:
Solution
You should access your app through your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).
Please access your Wizard Software Solution through a browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Even though Citrix Workspace is required to run the Pro interfaces of Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio, you should not access these programs from the Citrix Workspace app itself.
Open your web browser and enter the proper URL into the address bar.
