print-options-list-screen

  1. It is best to use Filters before you choose this option.
    • This is because Print Batch does create a PDF report composed of one copy of each order in list view—including orders displayed on subsequent screens.
    • In other words, if no filters are applied and there are 100s of orders in the list view—only 25 are displayed per screen, but still, Print Batch creates a PDF report of one copy of each of the 100s of work orders.
  2. The PDF can be accessed from the Reports screen.
    • Performo Worker automatically opens the Reports screen when the PDF is created.
    • The reports screen is where you can view and print the batch of work orders.

You can print a report composed of a summary of each work order in the work order list.

  • Click the Actions Menu button and choose Print List.

  1. The report is a listing of the details of each work order that was in the Work Order list when you chose to print the report.

  3. The report is created automatically and you are automatically taken to the Reports screen where you can view the report.
