Updating Web Help Contact

The web interface for Performo contains a Web Help Contact section in the bottom-left corner.

PMO Web Req Help Contact

To edit this info:


  1. Access the System Menu and go to the Entities menu: PMO Sys Menu Entities

  2. On the Entity List, choose the desired Entity.

    Note: The Web Help Contact information is separate for each Entity. If changing the Web Help Contact information in Performo Pro does not change the information on the web interface, please make sure you are in the correct Entity.


  3. Under the Communications tab, find and edit the Web Requester & Worker Interface Help Contact section: PMO Web Help Contact Info

    Note: Depending on your solution, you many not have the Communications tab. If this is the case, look for the Preferences tab. If neither are available, please contact Wizard Support.
