Citrix Connection Interruption

Symptoms

Citrix connection is experiencing interruptions. A message like the one below may appear:

Resolution

1. First, please check that your Internet connection is stable. An unstable connection will cause interruptions in the Citrix connection.

2. If your Internet connection is stable, then the interruptions in the Citrix connection may be caused by usage of a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software. In this case, please contact your company's IT department and supply them with our whitelist information.
