User Management Request Forms
To request that a Pro User be added to or removed from Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio, please fill out the corresponding forms:
When filling out the forms, please make sure that a solution admin (someone with the authority to add or remove users) fills out the first section, so that Wizard knows the request is legitimate. If you are unsure who is a solution admin, please inquire within your organization or ask Wizard Support.
Once the forms are submitted, you will receive automatic confirmation emails. Please do not reply to these emails.
After your submissions are received, the specified user(s) will be added or removed at our earliest convenience. New users who are added will receive an email with login information once this is completed.
If you are looking to add or remove a large number of users at once (10 or more), please contact Wizard Support.
