User Management Request Forms

To request that a Pro User be added to or removed from Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio, please fill out the corresponding forms:

• Add User Request Form

• Remove User Request Form

When filling out the forms, please make sure that a solution admin (someone with the authority to add or remove users) fills out the first section, so that Wizard knows the request is legitimate. If you are unsure who is a solution admin, please inquire within your organization or ask Wizard Support.

If you are looking to add or remove a large number of users at once, please contact Wizard Support.
