Things You Can Do on the Help Screen

You use the help screen when you have questions about how to use Performo Pro.

Access the Performo Pro User Reference Guide

Click User Reference Guide to open the PDF in a browser window.

The PDF opens in your default browser.

Search Tip: You can use the PDF tools in the browser window to search for whatever topic you need help with. Additionally, the table of contents provides hot-link access to every topic covered in the User Reference Guide.

You can also download the User Reference Guide for offline reading.

Wizard Online Learning Center

  • The button automatically opens the page in your default browser.
  • The menu on the left displays the modules for which video content is available.
  • Once you choose a module, the videos available for that module appear in a list under the video player.
  • Use the table of contents in the upper, left-hand corner of the video player to choose a topic from the list.

Go to the Issues Log

Click the Issues Log button to go to the Issues Log list screen in Performo Pro.

Start an Online Screen Sharing Support Session

  • If you are already speaking to a Wizard Software support representative, you may click Online Support.

Click the Online Support button to open the Wizard Software Support Portal in your default browser.

  • The Wizard Software Solutions support representative that you are already talking to on the phone will guide you through the process of starting the online screen-sharing session.

Please confirm with your IT department that online screen-sharing is permitted by your company, corporation, or institution.

Wizard Software Live Support

Wizard Software Solutions offers live support.

As noted in the Start An Online Screen-Sharing Support Session Section, you first call a support Wizard and then navigate to WizRemote Secure Online Screen Sharing.

Hosted User Support

Hosted users have several options for support from the Wizard Software Support Website

Things You Can Do if you are a hosted user:

Password Reset for Hosted Users

Click Password Reset to go to the password reset webpage.

Request a Password Reset

Enter your information and click Reset to request a new password.

  • Note that the password reset information will be sent to you via your user-account email address.

Add User Request Form

Click Add User Request Form to view and edit the Add-User-Request form.
