Set High DPI Group Policy

Use Windows Group Policy to deploy the setting to users

1. Copy the Citrix Group Policy templates to your appropriate domain controller from a machine that has a desired version of Citrix Workspace installed, per the instructions in Citrix Workspace app for Windows.

2. Copy the above templates to your appropriate SYSVOL folders so they are viewable. These are the steps under “NOTE:” in the picture above.

   1. \\[client specific]\sysvol\[client specific]\Policies\PolicyDefinitions\
   2. \\[client specific]\sysvol\[client specific]\Policies\PolicyDefinitions\EN-US
   3. Other country folders if applicable.

3. Create a new GP named appropriately per your naming convention. This can be used for other Citrix settings too if ever needed.

4. Set the “Scale the session for high resolution?” to “Yes” under “Computer Configuration”. Apply this policy to your appropriate groups.
