How is the "On Schedule" percentage calculated?
The "On Schedule" percentage is calculated based on how many Projects are on schedule. A Project is on schedule if the last day of the Project Schedule is before the last day of the Baseline Schedule. A Project is not on schedule if it does not have a Baseline Schedule.
