Project Overview Portal
Projecto Overview Portal is a read only web application providing visibility into capital construction projects being managed by your organization.
The information displayed within the Project Overview Portal is highly configurable by your project management staff. While the specific details of what data appears can vary, the portal is typically organized in the following:
Home Screen
The Home Screen provides a summary of all the projects displayed in the Projecto Overview Portal. Note that the projects included are not necessarily all those managed in Projecto. The Overview Portal only includes projects specifically designated for display here.
Project List Screen
The Project List Screen provides a summary of all the projects displayed in the Projecto Overview Portal. Note that the projects displayed on the list are not necessarily all those managed in Projecto. The Overview Portal only includes projects specifically designated for display here.
- The project list can be filtered to display only those projects matching a certain, type, location or other criteria.
- The project list can be sorted by clicking on column headers or by using the sort menu.
Project Detail Screen
The Project Detail screen provides details about the specific project. While the specific details of what data appears can vary, the details are are typically organized in the following:
- Project Overview - This is includes the project’s size, description, status, location and a photo.
- Project Budget - A summary of the project’s financial information, including budget and amount spent and remaining to spend.
- Project Schedule - A high-level view of the project’s timeline, including start and end dates for major project phases.
- Project Team - A summary of the project team’s primary contacts.
