Connecting to Wizard Software Solutions through Citrix
Accessing Wizard Software Solutions applications through Citrix requires access to several IP addresses and ports. We can not configure Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace applications to connect through Proxy Servers. Connectivity directly to our IP and URLs is required. Citrix access is provided over SSL or TLS, the following IP and DNS entries should be allowlisted for access on TCP port 443:
- https://login.wizardsoftware.net/ -- 64.64.194.45
- https://login2.wizardsoftware.net/ -- 64.64.194.203
- https://apps.wizardsoftware.net/ -- 64.64.194.124
- https://apps2.wizardsoftware.net/ -- 64.64.194.50
- https://welcome.wizardsoftware.net/ -- 64.64.194.227
- SAML access will have custom URL -- 64.64.194.64
Receiving Remote Support from Wizard Software Solutions
Wizard Software Solutions provides remote support to our customers via Bomgar. The Bomgar box is hosted in our data center, and all communication is both logged and secured over SSL or TLS. Support sessions require the downloading and running of a support client application. No installation is needed, just the download and execution of the application.
In order for Wizard Software to provide remote support the following IP and DNS entries should be allowlisted for access on TCP port 443:
- https://wizremote.com/ -- 64.64.194.10
FTP Access
If you are sending a data-feed via FTP to Wizard Software Solutions you will need to enable FTP access to the following IP and DNS entries:
- sftp.wizardsoftware.net -- 64.64.194.43
Remote VPN Access
In order to allow Wizard Software staff to connect to your network over a VPN, you will need to allow the following IP addresses to connect to your VPN server:
- 50.198.55.213
- 207.229.168.50
- 64.64.194.4
