Part of AD, but not in Solution
Symptoms
When opening the Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio app, an error stating "You are part of the Wizard Software Active Directory Group, however you do not have an account in Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio" appears:
Resolution

You will need a corresponding User Record added in Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio. Another user who has admin permission in Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio can do this. For instructions on adding a user record, please see here.

If you have a User Record in Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio, but still are getting the above error, please contact Wizard Support at support@wizardsoftware.net.
