User Entity Access

Symptoms

A User is unable to view data from certain Entities.

Resolution

Please check that the User has permission to view the Entity they are trying to access.

  1. Access the System Menu and go to the System Users page: PJT System Menu

  2. Search for the User whose record you would like to edit and click on their User record: PJT User Search

  3. Under the Entities list at the bottom, check the Entities which the User should have access to. Uncheck the Entities the User should not have access to: PJT User Entities

    Note: You can use the Check All and Uncheck All buttons to check or uncheck all the Entities in the list.


  4. The checked Entities will appear as options when selecting Entities on the home page. PJT Select Entity
