Performo Web User Creation Error

Symptoms

When creating a new Web User (Requester or Worker) in Performo, you receive an error similar to one of the following:

PMO User Validation Error

PMO Connection Failed

PMO User Exists Error

Solution

Please check that there are not already Web Users with the same User Login Name. Usually, Web Users will have their User Login Names set as their email addresses. If you find another Web User with the same User Login Name, you may delete the other Requester or Worker account if you would still like to create the new one.


Note that a Requester and a Worker cannot share the same User Login Name, so make sure to check both the Staff and Worker lists when looking for duplicates.


If you are unable to find another Web User with the same User Login Name, please contact Wizard Support.
