Password Requirements

Symptoms

When updating or resetting your password, you receive a message saying "Could not update your password. The password must meet the length, complexity, and history requirements of the domain.": Can't Update Password

Resolution

Please make sure that your new password meets the proper password guidelines.


Note: These instructions are applicable only to users logging in through login.wizardsoftware.net. If you are logging in through Single Sign-On, please contact your organization's IT department to ascertain their password requirements.
