Reset Citrix Workspace

To reset Citrix Workspace to default settings:

  1. Right-Click the Citrix Workspace icon in the Notification area: Citrix-Icon

    Note: If you cannot find the icon, check the hidden icons tray:

  2. Click "Advanced Preferences": Choose Advanced Preferences

  3. Click "Reset Citrix Workspace": Reset Citrix Advanced Preferences

  4. Click "Yes, reset Citrix Workspace": Reset Citrix Confirmation
