Password Reset Email Not Found
Symptoms
When resetting your password at https://pwreset.wizardsoftware.net/, you receive a message that says "Unable to find account with that email address. Please contact Wizard Software Support".
Note: This only applies to users who log in through https://login.wizardsoftware.net. If you log in with another URL, please check how to reset your password.
Resolution
Please try using the email address which you registered with Wizard. If you are unsure which email this is, or if you would like to change the email you have registered with Wizard, please contact Wizard Support.
