Citrix Connection Errors

Symptoms

When opening Projecto, Performo, or REportfolio, an error message saying "The published resource is not available currently" or "Unable to connect to the server" appears.

Examples:

  • Published Resource Error
  • Socket Error
  • Unable to Connect

Solution

The above errors likely indicate that Citrix is being blocked by your security settings. Please contact your company's IT department and provide them with this IT Allowlist Document.
