Always Open Files

Symptoms

App will not open automatically when clicking the icon:

Solution

1. Find the downloaded .ica file in your browser's Recent Downloads tray and right click on the file:

2. Select "Always open files of this type":

   Note: After selecting, the option should be CHECKED.

Going forward, Citrix solutions will automatically launch once the icon is clicked.
