Password Reset

Symptoms

You have forgotten your password, or your current password does not work.

Resolution

  1. If you are signing in with Single Sign-On, you will need to contact your company's IT department to reset your password.

  2. If you are logging in through login.wizardsoftware.net, please visit and fill out the password reset page. If your username and email match an account in our system, a password reset email will be sent to the email address we have on file. Please make sure your new password fits the requirements.

  3. If you are a third-party vendor logging in through welcome.wizardsoftware.net, please visit this password reset link.
